Aaron and his crew did a fantastic job for us from start to finish when our 18 year old unit started to struggle. They provided prompt service, walked us through our options, and worked hard to replace our old unit and upgrade us to a 5-ton Trane unit more adequate to our house's square footage. The installation was timely and very well done. Our entire experience with A & M has been terrific. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had a friend recommend A&M Mechanical to me when I noticed my air wasn't cooling after switching from heat to AC. I was impressed with their service throughout the entire experience. They sent someone out the same day to check for the issue, and then quickly provided me with the options and prices. I ended up having a new indoor and outdoor AC unit installed. For such a high dollar and unanticipated purchase, their service made this process much more stress-free. I’m so glad I found A&M Mechanical. Great service. Great customer care. They beat any other price quote I received to replace the duct work in my home. Others quoted two or three days and they got it done in one. Very hard workers in this company. There was even a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. Don’t waste your time/money with anyone else. I look forward to continue having them in my home for regular maintenance and will continue to recommend them.

If you are needing to get your HVAC replaced you are probably getting some quotes, so let me save you some time. Without hearing about other quotes, A&M Mechanical gave me one that was 25-30% LESS than all of the others I got from companies that start with L, D, C, or H. They also gave ME the savings of financial processing since I paid by Check instead of having it included in all prices. They were able to get a Tech scheduled a day later. I felt was quick. I ended up needing some unexpected duct repair. Given my location, they were able to easily acquire the materials needed and repair the duct at no extra cost. I did have an issue with my payment, no fault to my own. They immediately notified me of the issue and took full accountability, made it effortless for myself, and resolved the issue. I am a resident, but as long as I own property in Nashville, I will be calling Aaron at A&M Mechanical to help with services. I strongly recommend you do the same.

A&M Mechanical came out to my house to make repairs on my HVAC system. They were able to send a technician out to my home quickly and he was on time. The technician was extremely helpful, nice to work with, and transparent with what needed to be fixed. This was probably the first time I have hired a HVAC company in which I felt they were only interested in doing what needed to be done. He stepped me through each item he looked at and gave me a honest evaluation of my system and was able to solve the issue. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with this company. I would absolutely recommend them!
